Srushti began preparing herself for the UPSC examination in her 3rd year as a student in engineering. After graduation, she began to question whether or not she would be satisfied in an engineer position. The answer became more clear when she shifted her focus to the civil work. She was very committed to passing the exam and put in a lot of number of efforts. The routine of her day included reading papers to stay up to date with all the latest information.
